Smarter HoReCa

Hotel staff management app: every department in one place

Reception, housekeeping, kitchen, bar, maintenance and night security work at different times and in different places. Smarter HoReCa gives each department its own tasks and chat, and gives the general manager and owner one live dashboard.

How Smarter HoReCa helps

  • Rooms for housekeeping

The manager assigns rooms for today or tomorrow (departure, stay-over, other), the housekeeper is notified and marks rooms as cleaned, and reception sees the status live.

  • Checklists for every position

Each worker sees the tasks of their shift on their phone in order: opening, during the shift, closing. One tap per task, with at least 3 minutes between two ticks, so nobody ticks everything at the end.

  • AI photo check at a random moment

Three times per shift the app asks for a photo of one task, at a moment nobody knows in advance. AI checks that the photo matches the task and rejects blurry, old and reused pictures.

  • HACCP temperature log

Fridges, freezers, core temperature and hot holding are recorded on the phone. A reading out of range asks for a corrective action, shows the value of the stock at risk and asks for a re-measurement within 30 minutes. Everything stays on record.

  • No-show radar

If a worker has not started the shift 10 minutes after the plan, the manager is alerted. After 20 minutes, colleagues in the same position are asked to step in, and the first to accept takes the shift.

  • Team chat instead of WhatsApp groups

A room for the whole venue, groups per department and direct messages, without private phone numbers.

  • Nightly report for the owner

After 23:30 you get a short summary of the day in the app and by email: money at risk, differences, unfinished shifts. If everything is fine, the message is short.
